I love these monthly summary posts, because they help me slow down and appreciate time passing. A lot of things have transpired since I wrote my last WIA post in March: the last DC visit my boyfriend will make for awhile took us to new restaurants like Izakaya Seki and Oyamel Cocina Mexicana, I visited the South for the first time (ATL!) and was guided by a good friend I met in the Southern Hemisphere, I tried several types of new yoga classes, and … I landed a wonderful research position working for the University of Colorado in Denver! As things begin to wind down for me in DC, I am excited and overwhelmed by what comes next- and ready to start fresh in a new place. But not before squeezing every last waking moment in DC full of friends and adventures left on my bucket list.
You can follow my DC and Atlanta noshing below…

I know, it’s bittersweet! I’ve loved DC and know I’ll be back for many visits though (AKA, chances to eat at Ted’s!).
