Not all of you know my long history with Noosa Yoghurt.
Since I first tasted the honey flavor on a trip to Colorado, I not only bombarded Noosa’s social media team with love and requests for it to come to DC, but I also bothered my local DC Whole Foods to begin carrying the creamy yogurt. A couple months later, Noosa was flying off the shelves so quickly that I frequently couldn’t even secure some for myself!
Now that I live in Denver, I have easy access to my favorite yogurt, and they continue to come out with new fruit flavors that complement the honey yogurt base (there is even a plain version as well).
When Noosa reached out to me, I jumped on the opportunity to participate in a recipe competition because I truly am a fan of the brand – and I know that many of you have tried and loved Noosa before as well!
Noosa Yoghurt is made with local Morning Fresh Dairy milk, a milk delivery service in the Denver area. I buy my Noosa and fresh milk at Whole Foods since they are unable to deliver to apartments. I couldn’t be happier to buy such local dairy products!
Today, I am sharing this raspberry coconut chia seed pudding that I created using the Raspberry Noosa flavor. After checking it out, please head over to the Facebook competition that starts TODAY and runs until April 13th. Make sure to go vote for your favorite Noosa-licious recipe, and as a thank you, please enter the giveaway at the end of this post provided by Bodum! The recipes will also be on Noosa’s website later in the spring with recipe cards for printing.
- ½ cup raspberry Noosa yoghurt
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- fresh raspberries and blueberries
- Toasted coconut flakes
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix the raspberry Noosa yoghurt, coconut cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 2 days..
- Toast coconut flakes in the oven at 325 degrees for 6 minutes.
- When ready to serve, layer the chia seed pudding with fresh berries and toasted coconut flakes into 2 small bowls or glasses.
Enjoy as a snack, tasty breakfast, or a healthy filling dessert!

Does Noosa have a pineapple flavor? Because, if not, I cannot support them 🙂
Marisa says
No, but I can pass the message along, Annie! I think you would love the mango & lemon flavors.

I’ve never tried Noosa, but I always see it at the store. It’s going on next week’s (mental) grocery list… If I remember ;). I’ve also never tried chia puddin’, but I loooove me some chia seeds.
Marisa says
It is so creamy- you’re going to love it. The soaked chia seeds can weird some people out, so you can always blend up the pudding after letting it chill out together if you don’t like the soaked chia texture.
