It’s time to get tropical and relieve ourselves from the heat with this Peach Coconut Mojito Mocktail. Using pure coconut water, fresh peaches, limes, mint, and sparkling water, this mocktail is hydrating and perfect for a day of outdoor adventure.
There is nothing better than a cold, icy, fancy drink on a summer day. As someone who has trouble increasing my water consumption when it’s hot out and I’m doing activities like running, ice cold coconut water is my favorite treat. Let’s be honest: it’s usually gulped straight from the fridge from the carton.
I had the idea recently to turn my favorite hydrator into a coconut water mocktail – as I’m trying to keep my alcoholic drinks for special occasions. Instead of loading up on a high-calorie and boozy drink that will bring down your energy, this coconut water mocktail is full of potassium and electrolytes to keep you energized and hydrated.
I know you guys will love this healthier spin on a traditional mojito – with muddled fresh peaches and coconut water. Whether it be your camping trip, a weekend at the beach, or an afternoon spent in your backyard – they can all benefit from extra fancy hydration.

- 1 ripe yellow peach
- 1 lime
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 and ½ cups Naked Juice Coconut Water
- 1 cup sparkling water (plain or lime flavored)
- Slice the peach into pieces, removing the pit and using a knife to remove its skin.
- Cut the lime into 8 wedges.
- In each glass, muddle half of the sliced and skinned peach pieces with 5 mint leaves and 2 lime wedges. Do your best to smash the peach up (this will impart the flavor).
- Add ice to each glass and top with ¾ of a cup of coconut water and ½ cup sparkling water.
- Stir gently. Garnish with additional lime wedges, peach, and mint.
↑ This is the pre-muddle shot. I mean come on, how beautiful are these ingredients?!
Before you head off to muddle up your own coconut water mocktail, I wanted to share a few more details about Naked Juice’s Pure Coconut Water. It is organic and fair trade certified, which is an important aspect of the coconut trade.
Through these certifications, we are assured that this business supports local coconut farming communities. Naked Juice has been investing in these communities by helping upgrade housing, purchase school supplies, meals, and tree replanting (an important part of the coconut trade that is vital!). Win, win.
What summer adventures are you hydrating this summer? I’m using my coconut water as my post-run treat as I train for this half marathon, but it’s also my go-to after a long hike or a few hours in the backyard weeding (glamorous, I know).
Are you a fan of making mocktails?
