Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • Optional: 1/16 tsp zanthan gum
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Zanthan gum serves as a thickener and is optional, and you could also add some ground flax seed or ground chia seed for the same effect.
