- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup soy milk
- ¼ cup water
- Optional: 1/16 tsp zanthan gum
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Zanthan gum serves as a thickener and is optional, and you could also add some ground flax seed or ground chia seed for the same effect.
