Warm hot dog buns and place the sausages into the bun. Top with tomato and avocado mixture.
Mix plain yogurt with lemon juice (or use mayonnaise), and drizzle the mixture overtop of the hot dogs. I used a plastic bag with the tip cut to imitate a squeeze bottle look.
Serve with ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, etc.
