Vegan Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate almond milk, or 1 cup almond milk and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. In a small jar, combine rolled oats, chocolate almond milk, mashed banana (should be about ¼ cup), chia seeds, and salt. Stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to overnight.
  3. Stir and enjoy plain or with your favorite toppings (I like sliced banana, unsweetened coconut, and goji berries).
