Single Serving Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ small apple, chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional garnish of apple, granola, walnuts and cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a container, combine all ingredients by stirring well and refrigerate overnight or at least up to 5 hours.
  2. When ready to enjoy, stir the ingredients again and add your garnishes of choice - additional milk to thin the overnight oatmeal, additional chopped apples, granola, walnuts, and cinnamon.
