My Basic Salad Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ large lemon, juiced
  • 1 large shallot, minced finely
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons stoneground Dijon mustard
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. In a jar, combine all ingredients. Cap it and shake vigorously to combine all ingredients.
  2. Adjust flavors to taste, including salt, and store up to 1 week in the fridge.
